what is oatness?

oatness is a high protein and high fibre overnight oats recipe that takes 30 seconds to make. we use real & natural ingredients to create delicious flavours with great nutrition.

how do i use oatness?

oatness comes in ready to make serving packs of 90g - just tear off the top and pour into a jar.

we recommend using a mason jar to make your oatness in. it's easy to pour the pack and milk into, close the lid and shake.

pop in the fridge overnight - or wait just 30 mins if you're in a hurry (it's a bit chewier) - and eat in the morning.

how much milk do i use?

we recommend 150ml of unsweetened oat milk - but really it is up to you. regular dairy works great too.

oatness tastes great really thick, or super sloppy. your call.

why so much fibre?

most of us don't manage to get anywhere near the RDA for fibre intake.

we wanted to make it super easy and tasty to get a big portion of your fibre in one go.

it's good for your gut, and for your heart.

how much protein do I get?

there's at least 20g of protein per serving of oatness, and each pouch counts as 1 serving.

is it gluten free?

yep. we use gluten free oats. nice.

is it vegan?

it's not vegan. yet. we use whey protein in our current recipes - and are looking at plant options soon.

how much is shipping?
